About this time of year, we would be going through a nomination process for our 2024 Board of Directors.  Per our Chapter by-laws, “The Board of Directors shall be composed of the elected officers: President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer, the immediate past President and at least two directors.

Section 2.  The elected officers/directors shall be elected annually or biennially by the membership at the annual meeting. Each elected officer/director shall take office at the first regular or special meeting in the calendar year following election and shall serve for a term of one year or, if elected biennially, for a two-year term.”

Last November, our membership voted to move to biennial positions, consequently maintaining our 2023 Board of Directors through 2024.   However, we are always seeking more participation from our general membership. 

Elected Positions:  The elected officers shall be elected by the membership at the annual meeting.  Each elected officer shall take office at the first regular or special meeting in the calendar year following election and shall serve for a term of one year or until a successor is duly elected and installed.
